I looked around and saw storage king and immediately got great vibes! Talked to Mrs India and was sold! I’ve been working in some kind of customer service for almost 24 years and Her customer service and attitude was A1! She had me wanting to sign paperwork asap. I rented a 10 x10 storage unit here 2 days ago. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant. I was able to rent and move my stuff into storage that same day. I always price compare online before i buy anything and this specific location at this time has the best storage prices in all of baytown, crosby, channelview and houston area. The only setback is that there is hardly any parking areas in or outside the gate.

I have had storage units at almost all the storage places in Baytown, and honestly, NONE of them can beat Watson and Taylor Self Storage. Their prices are the lowest for miles around (and trust me, I checked). The units are clean and well maintained, and most importantly, the facility is safe and well lit at night. The mom and daughter duo in the office are genuinely kind,helpful, and awesome. Great place to do business with.
