Jennifer is the manager at the Dundee location at 2100 Dundee Rd. Winter Haven. This lady is one of the sweetest women I know. I lost my father to cancer a couple of months ago, followed by my 5 year old nephew a week later in a car accident. My family has been through the ringer and back and Jennifer has made our lives so much easier. I don't want to discuss exactly what she did cause I don't want others taking advantage of this lady. She was always so kind to my wife, my son and I and we would have liked to stay around longer at this facility, but like my father always said, "sometimes you have to do what you have to do." We will miss Jennifer and the kindness she has always showed. Think of that sweet country lady. That would describe Jennifer. Thank you so much for what you have done for us Jen! We appreciate your kindness more than you'll know.

Jennifer is freaking amazing, like seriously. I was looking for a storage and couldn't find anything with my house 4 bedroom 3 bath 3200 sq ft house. Everybody was giving me the run around with the storage I needed. I spoke to Jennifer and we was laughing for the first 2 mins and she was so cool I was like Jen Jen, how much storage I need, she was like you probably will need this to be safe but if you're close just come through and let me see I came she was like "alright you need this size storage because you can put the beds here...... Etc" she is a expert at this like I had know idea but we made it fit perfectly, it was a personal and great business decision. Just give her a call. Like seriously she good people.
