While checking out our unit, the main front desk person came up to us to introduce himself. The lot seems extremely secure and everyone was beyond friendly. Trash place never gave me a map so I could locate my unit and needed to move my stuff over night now I'm stuck with a U-Haul that needs returned at 9 am and I got nowhere to load my stuff...Oh and the unit number they gave me non existent 1star to 4stars***(Edit)*** After a 2 month stay experienced improved, had a lock issue and instead of locking me out notified me a d gave me time to fix the issue. Definitely a major improvement on the customer service part.
