Shelby gave me plenty of options and let me look at all of the units before deciding on the one I went with. She answered ALL my questions and took her time explaining what I needed to know. I love how easily accessible my unit is and the new bright LED lighting. My only concern is that there were huge spider webs inside the unit that contained eggs and I believe should’ve been cleaned prior to me renting, however I was in a rush and now will have to make an extra trip out on today to clean and spray, I surely don’t want my car infested with spiders! I saw how reasonable the price was online for the unit I needed, so I thought I would go have a look. Sherri and Heather were in the office. They were so nice and the atmosphere was so comfortable and genuine. I got right in and did the transaction. Very efficient. I went back a couple times that day and saw them and we would wave. Just so personable. Hard to find now a days. Thank you!! Would definitely recommend.

What a great storage facility! I rented from the facility at 4303 Highland Rd. in Waterford MI and was very pleased with the unit and office personnel. The facility is clean and maintained. The units are dry and bug free (a big deal for me), and I never worried that my unit would get broken into. I was also able to pay my bill online, which I appreciated. There is a service fee but the convenience was worth it to me. The office personnel is friendly, proactive and helpful, too. I recommend this Cube Smart to anyone looking for a reasonably priced storage unit in the Waterford area.
