Tanner at the Knoxville, Clinton HWY location went above and beyond helping me! He made sure that my reservation was canceled and even refunded quickly. He also made sure to follow up with me each day to let me know the progress. Even though I did not end up booking with them, I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing storage because of their great staff!
