I'm sorry that I forgot to rate this, even though I left a while ago. I'm thrilled with them. They were very open and clear about their policies. They were friendly whenever I was there sorting, and they patrolled frequently. I even got a call after I cleaned out the storage before telling them. They noticed that my lock was missing, and they wanted to make sure that it was me. I didn't even know that they kept track of that. I was so impressed. From beginning to end, it was great, and as a paranoid person, I never felt the need to worry about my property.

Most storage places only allow reservations 1 week out but this place allows at least 2 weeks that I know of. This really helped my peace of mind knowing I had a storage unit. Also, all staff that I have talked to on the phone are super friendly!

When every other storage place in the city told me they didn't have space for our 10x20 worth of stuff, Storage King Fresno made it work. The owners called me immediately and we threaded a needle to get us the space we needed on virtually no notice. Place was clean, easy to access, and run by friendly, helpful folks. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Fresno area and will definitely use them again whenever we need storage in town.

We have had a unit here for 2 years and are very satisfied. The management is great!! We either make our monthly payments by calling in or online and have never had an issue. We are truck drivers and come into town every couple of months to check on our unit and have never encountered any problems with the safety of our personal belongings. We definitely would recommend renting a unit at Fig Garden Storage!!!
