Storage King USA is working hard to ensure your safety and well-being while visiting our facilities. Contact Free Storage is available at select facilities. Start using the FREE Storage Genie smartphone app to gain access to your storage unit all while keeping your phone in your pocket or purse.  Make payments, view access history, and contact the facility all through the app

How to Get Started:

1. Search for the Storage Genie app on the App Store or Google Play
2. Download and open the app on your mobile device
3. Set-up your account

How to Setup Your Account

• Once you’ve opened the app, you will be notified that Storage Genie requires some permissions.
• Select “allow notifications” to receive notifications when you enter or exit the facility.
• Select “ENABLE LOCATION” or “ALLOWED LOCATION” to allow the app to detect when you’re near a keypad, and automatically open the gate when you arrive.
• If you’re at or near your property, your facility should automatically appear on the screen. If not, search for your facility by name/address. 
• Select the green + button next to your property to continue.
• Enter last name, unit number and entry/access code.

Reminders: To utilize the app, make sure your location services are set to “always” and Bluetooth is enabled.
