This week I have had the opportunity to experience the exceptional service at here, and I want to share my experience. This facility not only offers a broad range of storage sizes, but also exemplifies outstanding customer service, solely due to the incredible Property Manager, Machelle. We (my wife and I) encountered a significant issue when the power cut during a storm this week, causing the site pumps to fail and the emergency generator to malfunction. This led to flooding in our 10'x25' storage unit. However, Machelle's quick thinking and dedication truly saved the day. She went above and beyond to assist us, providing wet vacs, extension leads, mops, and other equipment and working tirelessly well into the night to help not only us but other clients facing similar challenges. Thanks to Machelle's efforts, we were able to clear the water from our lockup that night and save many pieces of furniture and vulnerable personal belongings from potential destruction. Her proactive approach even included arranging for maintenance to address the generator issue promptly, ensuring it was fixed before the next storm, whilst helping us at the same time. Her consistent follow-ups and care extended well beyond a single night's effort. In subsequent days, she checked in on me when I was there during the day, bringing water and ice to help cope with the Houston heat (even with A/C, moving all your belongings is hot work) while I moved items within our unit to prevent future flooding issues. Machelle's dedication, compassion, and understanding of 'customer first' makes this Storage King USA an exceptional choice for anyone, personal or commercial. Her actions not only mitigated our immediate crisis but also provided a sense of security and comfort during a very stressful time. I cannot thank her enough for her unwavering support and highly recommend coming here, if only to know that you have Machelle at the helm. Machelle's commitment to her clients is unparalleled, and because of her, our experience was transformed from a potential disaster into a manageable situation. Thank you, Machelle!

I got the storage room via the internet. I was able to do my own personal entering of my information. I was able to give my payment limit, etc. It was so efficient. Once we got to the storage room, easy to find, easy to access and once inside the climate controlled first floor room, the whole section was very clean.
