After 10 years of storage, I had lost my key to my unit. Terri (the manager) was awesome and cut the lock off. All my items were just as I left them. Very little to no dust. No damage of any kind. After going through it all, I found I didn't need anything left in the unit. After speaking with Terri I decided to just donate it all. I'll never be back in Fayetteville, but I'll definitely recommend this Storage King on Mid Pines Rd in Fayetteville to all those in need of one in the Ft Bragg (Liberty) area.

I talked to Terri, at one the Marksmen hockey games, and she walked me through the steps of getting a better deal. She's a great gal and though I am stoked to finally close that chapter of my life, I will always remember her as one of the kindest people I've personally met. I tell you without reservation that if not for her, my life, with all it's bills and debts, would have been...much less than what it was at the time. The property manager (Terri) was an AMAZING help today! I came into this experience with no prior knowledge to how storage works and she was so friendly and helpful with all the right answers. We got a tour of the units available, the gate system explained to us, and very professional help all throughout. It was very simplified, efficient, and enjoyable! Terri was a joy to work with and made everything so stress free! (The phones were ringing off the hook while I was being helped, an assistant or second employee could greatly benefit this location)

He took his time, walked me through the unit and guided me on navigating the huge truck to my unit. It's clean and safe. I'd definitely use this location again!
