Andover Properties Expands Lakeland Parker Self Storage Facility
Andover Properties, a real estate investment firm focused on alternative asset classes, announces the expansion of its Lakeland Parker facility at 338 N Gary Rd. The project, under the Storage King USA brand, adds 24,249 sq ft, fulfilling all storage needs in the community and increasing the project’s footprint from 95,005 square feet to 114,237 square feet.
The expansion features 173 climate-controlled units, sizes 5′ x 5′ to 10′ x 20′, with enhanced security features.
