Great experience all around. Great prices for both my RV and trailer, office staff was very courteous and helpful. 38 foot RV fits with no issues in covered parking, on site dump is a great bonus. Trailer is in angled uncovered parking, fits great with no issues. I can’t think of a single thing that I have a problem with, well done.

So, the company of Storage King is awful. They constantly raise their rates for no reason do your rent just continuously gets higher. They also keep closing the original amenities that brought us here like the RV wash bays. However, Keith at the Litchfield location is fantastic and very helpful!

Keith is always providing outstanding customer service and is very responsive and quick to help out and answer any questions. My car battery decided to die when I was at the storage facility, luckily Keith is on site and he was able to jump my vehicle within 5 minutes of calling him. The facility is very easy to access and is secure, we have not had any issues in the past 3 years. I do miss the wash bays and water that use to be available for convenience. However security and the location exceeds my expectations.

It's storage, basically a place to park. Lots of spaces. The RV dump and wash bays were a major selling feature. Unfortunately the one time I tried to use the wash, it wasn't working, now there is a sign that they are no longer offered. RV dump is dry, no water to flush, which is better than nothing, but I'd honestly pay a few bucks every time for a convenient water hook up to flush. Heck, I'd pay for fresh water to fill the fresh tank as well. The double security gate setup is secure, but also a minor annoyance. Space is definitely not the advertised width. Was sold as 12'x35'. 35' for sure, probably even more, but my 8ft wide RV is 6" off the line on both sides. No big deal, it fits. The place is clean, seems secure, well laid out, definitely gets the job done.

Had a wonderful experience so far! New renters. My wife and I rented the space for our Travel trailer online. They gave us the gate code and space # via email. Facility is very spacious. Spaces are good sizes. We stopped at the office to change our gate code, and ended up emailed Keith, the manager. He was very quick to reply and helped us immediately via email. Glad we chose this storage for our first travel trailer!

My family and I are moving to town and needed a storage place to keep our stuff while we wait to close on our house. Keith was very helpful and easy to communicate with as well. We didn’t want to keep the trucks in the hotel parking lot so we asked if we could store them inside the storage lot for the night and unpack in the morning…no problem. The two units I rented we new and very clean. What I liked most was that there was room to back up the 26’ Uhaul truck directly up to the rolling door of the unit and extend the ramp into the unit itself. We were able to get to completely full 26’ trucks unloaded in 2 hours thanks to how convenient it was. Lastly, Uhaul was going to make us drive across town to return the trucks. Keith changed our reservation and made it so we could return them right there at the Storage King location as soon as we got done unloading. Although I won’t need storage at this location once I move into my house, I’m almost considering keeping the smaller of the two units just to keep my foot in the door at this location since the units will definitely fill up quick. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Storage King at litchfield park rd again in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with our space, and the front office staff is extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. Kieth helped me immediately when we had to cancel our space when we sold our trailer. The wash area and dumping area was worth the extra money to store our trailer here v’s other locations. Highly recommend.

The new owners for storage king are great. They make sure things are safe clean and Keith is always on it. Very nice and helps with whatever you need..

Called to change spots because it became difficult to park RV after they installed storage buildings the next row over. Keith returned my call and emailed me a list of vacant spots to choose from. I did everything over the phone. He even saved me a few bucks a month with the change! Although the new office hours are limited, Keith always promptly returns your calls. Great service!

I recently rented out a storage place for my 16 foot Winnebago Hike camper with Storage King USA. Through the whole process Keith was extremely helpful in getting me a storage space. I was gone for approximately 30 days and when returning back to retrieve my Camper Trailer I had no problems whatsoever. I will use Storage King USA again if I ever need to store my camper trailer. Job Well Done Storage King USA.
