After a price increase of $60 more on top of my $76.00 monthly payment within only 3 months for a 5x10 unit at a storage in Santa Rosa. My husband decided to look around online and saw that Storage King USA had a good deal. We made a reservation. Melanie from Storage King USA called to confirm. After talking with her about our situation with the current storage increase. My husband and I decided to head over there. We meet with Cody to process the unit needed. In the same day, moved from one location to the other. Both Melanie and Cody were great respectful representatives and I like to thank them on helping making it an easy switch with Storage King USA.

People need storage for all kinds of reasons. I found myself needing more space then my current unit due to an overwhelming life situation, and figuring out my next steps were confusing. I had several conversations with Cody working through the questions of possibly getting a second unit, potentially moving to a larger unit, how big do I need? Cody was very helpful and always patient with my many questions and my unique situation. The day I came to rent a second unit, Cody was helping another customer, so I worked with Melanie. She immediately understood my concerns, and worked to get me a unit close to my current one so moving large items would not be an issue and I could avoid borrowing or renting a truck. Both Cody and Melanie are extremely helpful, kind and easy to work with. I am so grateful to have these people managing the location.

The staff here are very helpful and the grounds are clean and taken good care of. I think it would be very helpful if they allowed people to use the dumpsters on site, however I can understand how they probably do get taken advantage of. All in all, a good place to store your items for relatively lower costs then many other storage facilities in the area.

Helpful. They explained the contract clearly and thoroughly. You have to buy their insurance unless you have a homeowners or renters policy which covers off-site storage (which most policies do). Their website did not allow signing up using our own insurance, but I called and they had me email my policy declarations page. I still had to go in person to complete the contract. You provide your own padlock for the storage locker (or buy one from them).

I give a big Mahalo to the gentleman who helped me and explained all I needed to know. These folks are awesome! I needed to move asap and found this business and the rates are very reasonable. They are kind, caring and have security so I know my belongings are safe and protected. They recommended the round disk locks as the best ones to use and I even got a discount. You'll need to check w then about a discount since I'm not the owners. They even have a rescue pup and that gives me peace of mind because but tells me where their hearts are at, ya know? Highly recommend this storage place!
