It was my first time renting storage. I accidentally rented early on the website but Kim was very nice and fixed my mistake. She then explained in detail how to correctly rent on the website and showed me the size of the storage room. She then proceeded to hold the storage room for me until my actual rent date. Kim and Kayleigh were also helpful on the day of move in, finishing paperwork fast and efficiently, even though their computers gave them issues. Excellent staff and service overall.
