We have had as many as three storage spaces at this facility while we go through a major downsizing from suburban to condo living in our later years. Very challenging period, but the great team at Storage King Denver (Alameda) have been nothing but helpful in all respects. We’ve whittled our needs down to one space but still a ways to go, and we’re glad this part of the transition is going well. Highly recommended storage solution.

Clean and staff is very friendly. Easy to access and plenty of room to drive through or park and use your unit

Just moved in today. They beat everyone else on cost to value, and Kelli was awesome so this was an easy choice.

I recently rented a storage unit at this location on Huron, just off of Mississippi and Santa Fe. Everything went well with getting it paid for, receiving the details of accessing the property, etc. I had requested a lock, which they left in the unit, however, after getting the unit loaded, I discovered that the lock was faulty. It wouldn’t lock with the one provided. Being in a serious time crunch, I didn’t have the time to go get another lock, so I simply closed the door and left, planning to return in a couple of days with a working lock - hoping that no one would steal stuff from my unit in the interim. I returned two days later, with a new lock, only to find that a lock had been put on my unit. As soon as I saw this I began to head to the main office but when I turned around, there was the manager of the facility, who immediately told me that she noticed there was no lock and took the liberty of putting one on so that my belongings would be safe. She removed her lock and I put mine on, thanking her repeatedly for going above and beyond. THAT, my dear readers, is true customer service.

Kelli was amazing and was super helpful and made the check in process painless and easy. Thanks.

Kelly, the manager, is understanding, knowledgeable, and about her business. Unit was exactly as advertised, even more so honestly.

The lady who runs the place is always there. She has worked there for 14 years. I feel safe with my stuff there. I just wish it was open until 9. On the web, it says you can pay extra to come in 24 hours, but that is untrue. So don't let that be a part of your decision. It is very clean, and as I said before, there are no worries someone will be getting into your storage except you.

My small business has been renting an office space from this facility for a few years. We have nothing but good things to say about Kelli and Bill, who have made our experience here so enjoyable! The property is kept in pristine condition. Every spring and summer Kelli has the most beautiful potted plants outside of each unit, it really makes the units feel so well taken care of. Bill and Kelli have been great whenever we've needed anything done with our unit or additional storage units! Automatic gate access was recently added and has been a great peice of mind addition to the property. It's been a great central location to work out of for easy access to our Denver, Lakewood, Littleton and the metro area clients.

I found myself without a key after movers packed our storage locks keys (I know, our fault). However, Kelly went above and beyond. She spent over half an hour tracking down a grinder and then worked through the lock for me. It may he Gard to appreciate the stress we were under after driving 2 days with a trailer of stuff, but her upbeat and immediate help was so appreciated. The units are so clean; so dry; so accessible - and the facility is cute and super convenient to the highway. 5-stars!!

The manager Kelly is amazing. Kind, respectful, high integrity and always accommodating to us within her abilities. The property is secure. Many business operate on site. If anyone complains about not being able to park with in the secured gates after hours, the solution to their issue is park within your rented Garage bay or rent a separate unit for cars. Your cars will be safe and all you will need to due is adhere to their hours. Oh, and triple check your references on some of the contractors who operate out of there.

Kelli has always done a great job of helping me with my storage unit. When I come to the office she is both courteous and friendly and, even if I haven't seen her in a long time, she remembers my name! She is professional as well and you never worry that there is a mistake with the accounting. Beyond this, she has helped me numerous times to catch up on payments for the unit by waving late fees and other fees I have incurred. In doing so, she has kept me from losing the unit and my belongings. I am grateful to Kelli and would recommend her to my friends and acquaintances, really anyone who needs a storage unit. She is such an asset to Storage King and a real person to come to when you need assistance. I am very happy we got a storage unit here!

The staff at all his place is amazing!! I can not say enough great things about them especially the female manager! She has bent over backwards to accommodate me and has basically never said NO!!! This is by far the best customer service I have ever encountered. I must add I’m a difficult customer at times but they have not once shown the slightest irritation with me!! I would give them 10 stars if I could. I would recommend them to anybody and plan on never leaving!!! I appreciate the support I’ve gotten so much

I've rented a storage unit that I'm in and out of semi-regularly for 5-6 years now, and have always had a great experience every time I come by. The office managers Bill and Kelli put so much effort into keeping the place clean and safe, but also plant flowers outside during the summer and hang Christmas lights in the winter. They have always been friendly and helpful any time I need it and I really appreciate the safety and security they provide my unit when I'm not there. The units themselves are very sturdy with cement ceilings and sturdy steel roll up doors. Super easy to pull your car right up and load or unload without dealing with stairs or elevators. If I could rate this place a 6/5, I would.

The Managers: Kelly and Bill are some of the most amazing people you will ever met. They are genuine, kind and very hard working people who maintain that balance between being completely professional without losing that human touch that makes interactions meaningful. I love that all the storage units are on the ground level, so you can easily drive up to your unit and unload your car without having to go up any elevators/floors.
