Amazing customer service, I greatly appreciate his patience and efforts to avoid any misunderstandings and confusion. Being a normal human being, I've traveled to many new states, new towns, searching for that perfect job, that perfect place, and of course, the perfect woman along the way! Throughout those travels, the need for storage facilities has always been a part of the journey! However, RARELY, if EVER, have I come across such a friendly gentleman, with a great sense of humor, so very informative, and helpful! That was my first impression, but as soon as Travis told me that he had a unit that he could take me to look at, we jumped into his golf cart, and I was immediately in awe at the extremely well maintained facility this was! Travis has absolutely raised the bar for my expectations of, not only a storage facility 's on-site representative, it's also raised the bar for cleanliness of the facility, security, AND, .....the one thing I haven't mentioned yet, THE PRICING!!!! All of this is being provided for an extremely reasonable set of rates, with some very attractive moving in specials, and if you happen to need some of the moving or storage necessities, (boxes, bubble wrap, the good padlocks, etc) Travis, at the Metro Self Storage, will definitely put a smile on your face, and take GREAT care of you!!!
