We have used a lot of storage facilities, and we find this storage facility to be the cleanest, best built, most secure, and without a doubt, the most easy access of any storage facility ever. Tom, who runs the facility is fantastic, knowledgeable, professional, and always addresses your needs. All you do is drive up to the bay, then they lower your unit for you, 5 feet away from your car, and you can put stuff in and take stuff out at will, never needing carts, dollies or anything to lug anything. The access to your storage unit is beyond comprehension or words. It’s so incredible. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anybody for any reason.

Just moved almost the entire contents of my home into a unit. So far, so good! Friendly staff, easy and pleasant negotiations, and efficient service. Thank you! UPDATE: Quickly regretting my above decision. Trying to access my unit to MOVE CONTENTS of SOLD HOME, and was en route when I called and was told that the crane was broken. (Too bad for me that I had already loaded up TWO trucks of furniture!!!) Had to turn back and figure something out on the fly. Tried again yesterday, called for an update and NO ANSWER from facility. Called again today and got the call-service representative who basically told me that because no one is responding at the facility, he can't do anything for me. WHAT THE???? Now, with no national customer service number to call, I'm beginning to think this company is not legit. Leaving the 5 star rating for now, upon the expectation that this will be resolved TODAY, and I can access my unit. Or that ANYONE can access their unit!!! Who knew...

I want to take a moment to recognize your location manager Tom. My law firm has been using the Fort Lauderdale facility to store evidence and Tom has gone above and beyond to enable us to move evidence in and out and perform certain inspection. There has never been a request that he could not accommodate and always takes personal responsibility for getting things done. Recently, when I needed to obtain an additional unit to accommodate a load coming in from out of state after hours, Tom personally stayed late to enable us to get things done. He is as dedicated as any employee I have seen across any industry. He is a tremendous asset to your organization and you are VERY lucky to have him.

Loves these units. This is the third time I'm renting from them. I move around a lot and intermittenly need a place to store my motorcycle. Every time, the service is always on point. They go above and beyond to ensure everything is looked after. They even install my bike stand for me. I feel completely at ease leaving my stuff here. Especially knowing that it's hurricane proof!
