UPDATE: This situation was promptly taken care of! I’m very pleased at how the whole fiasco was remedied and the manager at the location was extremely attentive! Thank -you!!! On February 22, 2026 at 5:20 am, someone accessed the gate with my code. I alone am the only person to know this code. I only discovered this when I attempted to pay my bill online and there was a $50 charge added due to the gate being accessed outside normal hours. I called and spoke with a representative who gave my information to the person working in the office. She was prompt at returning my call and did explain what was going on and even looked at the security footage and saw the vehicle (not mine) put in the code and go through the gate. I don’t know if my account was hacked or what, but I am now waiting for a return call due to the boss having to approve having this $50 charge removed. I will update this review positively when this issue is remedied.

Paulina at Storage King was absolutely amazing! We were her last customers of the day, and she still treated us with so much kindness, patience, and professionalism. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answering all of our questions and making sure we felt taken care of. You can truly tell she cares about providing great customer service. We had such a pleasant and wonderful experience thanks to her. Storage King is lucky to have Paulina on their team! Highly recommend working with her if you can!

Paulina did amazing today, super helpful and clear with all the terms and prices. I highly recommend her service and this business. make sure to add a second person as a back up for your unit. The negative reviews here dont align with the service but with personal problems.
