The hours are wonderful you can get into the gate from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m 7 days a week.. the office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. I believe she always is helpful with everything whenever there's an issue when I lost my key she was right on it about getting the key the lock chopped off and get me straightened out on that. When I ran late on my bills she worked with me and you know I was still able to keep my stuff there so she is a wonderful manager Donna is great this is the best storage unit ever very affordable and great. I've been dealing with this storage unit actually for a couple years now and then I had left them for a while when I had a place and then came right back to them they're they're wonderful right back. AAA storage rented me a space that the ceiling was going to collapse on my things. I checked Life storage before coming to Storage King and they tried to put me into a space that the wall had a large whole, and was flimsily about to collapse. Thank goodness that I was able to get assistance from Storage King. Sincerely content with the accomodations.

I wish I could give scott and his staff 10 stars. So scott went above and beyond in tracking me down in New Jersey. Long story short, Scott found a box containing my dads ashes disregarded by the dumpster from a cleaned out storage unit. Scott took the time out to call the funeral home from the box. The funeral home contacted me and got me in touch with scott who reunited me with my fathers ashes. If it wasn’t for Scott going out of his way and out of the scope and his duties I would’ve never received my fathers ashes (No clue how the ended up there his gf was last to have them and was supposed to ship them to the family years ago) Can’t thank Scott enough!

For an affordable unit of decent size this place is great. This location specifically is not climate controlled, and there are a lot of people going in and out, but I haven't encountered any problem with that for the year + that I stored my things. It is unfortunate that times are rough and we have had to move all things we need closer to home, but I feel like it is more than necessary to acknowledge Kim, the manager before I go. If I ever needed to get a hold of her she was so unbelievably kind and helpful. Kim is very honest and straight forward when it comes to renting out units, and really made me feel comfortable with every choice I was making. I honestly may have chosen a different facility if it was not for her friendliness and sense of comfort. Even when it came to me having to move out, she was so understanding and helpful, I had to hop on and write this right away. Thank you Kim!! I hope whoever is above you can recognize how well you handle your facility and interactions with your customers.
