Moving from panhandle to West Coast central Florida. I couldn't be in 2 places at one time. The company and property manager and all staff jumped right in and made it so easy. I was able to have my adult daughter go do the unit, inspect and make sure it was suitable. The movers were able to move me right in. Now when I get there in a week or so all I have to do is finalize paperwork that we were able to do online. That I want paper copy. I'm not tech savvy at all. They were kind enough to help me thru the process. I'm giving them 5 stars. With a lil special extra for the onsite manager. I can't remember her name but without her help and patience this would of been a nightmare. Instead my dreams of coming back home are a delightful reality and knowing all my things are safe and secure is so heartfelt. Thank you storage king for doing what you do best!! I would 100% recommend this facility for any of your storage needs as they have a variety of options. With a great location and affordable pricing (cheapest I could find) they were the best fit for me and my small business and I’m sure they would be for anyone looking for storage! To top it off the manager of the property is super polite and has gone out of her way to help me out even staying a few minutes late a few times to allow me to make payments when my work day has gone longer than expected. They also have recently installed new cameras around the property so I feel my belongings and my business equipment both are safe and secure. Lisa always greets each customer with a smile and treat each customer as family. Conveniently located on highway 19, easily access, and has all the amenities for all types of RVs. This property is well maintained and look like new. The RV parking options are reasonably priced and they run move in special. This is a great place with an awesome staff and you will not be disappointed. I would highly recommend this location and a big thumb-up to the staff.

The rental process was quick and painless :) Lisa is very knowledgeable, friendly and keeps thing moving! The indoor unit is what I rented, a 5x5, for all my seasonal decoration, Christmas tree, etc. Feels really good to get it all out of the garage and in a clean, cost effective, secure location. Great way to make my husband happy, that’s for sure!!

Very easy to get in and the price is right. Of course the place is fairly newso it's very clean and I have seen grounds keepers around picking up any stray trash. Aisles are wide enough for 1 cart only. Other than the fact that they could use a couple more carts for people to use this place is great! I would recommend them to anyone!!!

I bought an RV and needed to store it somewhere. It's new and I wanted to be careful where I stored it. Went to Storage King. Lisa immediately welcomed me and helped me out with my spot for the RV. She was knowledgeable, courteous and gave me a tour in a golf cart to pick my place. Top shelf customer service through the entire transaction. Great facilities, safe and secure here. The climate controlled section is new, everything is very clean, it seems very secure with all the security cameras and staff always keeping an eye on things and the prices are reasonable. The staff is very friendly and helpful in finding the storage that fits your needs. The reason I didn't give them five stars is because we had a problem with outside unit with moisture from the roof. These units are older, but for the most part maintained and the area is kept clean. Kudo's to Lisa once we complained, she made sure it was taken care of quickly and kept us updated. We really appreciated Lisa's immediate help with this and other things she has assisted with. We haven't had much experience with storage units, but so far it has been good.

I rented a unit with Storage King in March and Lisa was super nice and got me a great unit. Recently, I decided to get a second unit in the climate-controlled area and the fellow there was great and got me one close to the door to that section. This is a great place to store your extra items. It is clean, the staff is friendly and easy to work with and the cost to rent a unit is quite reasonable.
