Okay first I got email about tax rate increase in December. Now I got another email here in March for price increase as cost of business rise. So every other month am I going to be getting a price increase for a closet sized unit due to cost of doing business rising? I understand cost of doing business continues to rise but the frequent unexpected increase cost is questionable. No complaints regarding the staff, nor the facility.

Dave at the office is amazing. Very helpful and goes above and beyond.

We have been clients of Storage King Capital Circle since 2018, even before it was bought by Storage King. But we just discovered that their biggest recent boost came when they invited Dave to work the busy weekends for them. He is a consummate professional in every way, and explained one of my billing questions to me in a considerate and respectful, manner. My husband, who was with me, was enjoying a chance encounter in the parking lot beforehand with a fellow firefighter and his wife that we had not seen in many years. We were able to endorse this Storage King Facility as a safe place to store their her mother’s belongings. But the icing on the cake was when, ever-friendly Dave, welcomed us inside and volunteered to take a photo of the four of us as we traded jokes. I would just add that I didn’t realize it at the time, but he took a great photo of us that included a sign promoting Storage King on the wall behind us. Now, smilin’ Dave is one good-hearted and smooth employee that y’all need to hang onto! I will post the photo as it appeared on our firefighter friend’s Facebook page:
