I've worked in the self storage industry before, and understand what it can be like when you have more than one customer come in at the same time. I will say that the company needs to improve their online rental process. It was confusing and in the end, while I had done better than most, I still didn't get all the portions of my rental agreement correct. This necessitated going to the office before being able to use the rented unit.

This is the 2nd time I've rented a moving truck from Storage King; they have Penske moving trucks. Gracie was so friendly and opened a few minutes early when she saw me waiting outside. I was rented a sweet little 12 foot truck with just over 76,000 miles on it. Great condition, clean, and easy to drive; the few dings on the truck were already noted on the paperwork. I will rent from this place again if I ever need another moving truck.

The BEST! I have had no problems with anything in the years I have been using. I have had several different units. Very helpful, good customer services! Would highly recommend. The only bugs I have seen are DEAD ones! Climate control has not ever been a problem other than after hurricane (no electrical).
