Great experience all around. Easy process to request a unit online. Paulina and team were fantastic to work with once we got there to access the unit for the first time. Using the Storage Genie app to open the entrance and exit gates was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone with kids going to SCAD that need to store anything.

We recently moved across the country and rented two storage units at Storage King USA on Bull Street in Savannah, Georgia. Paulina, the manager, was very kind and extremely helpful. On a later date, Paulina went out of her way for us when she noticed the lock on one of our units wasn't on properly. That meant anybody could have accessed our unit, and we would've been none the wiser. Paulina placed a second lock on the door of unit — something she didn't have to do. I absolutely love this midtown location. Paulinna, the property manager is so professional, courteous, and knowledgeable with services. She answered all my questions with detail answers. There are several facilities I can list that I’ve used that just don’t care about good customer service. However, this one isn’t on the that list. Also, it’s hard to find staff members that shows interest in working with customers and are friendly as well.

The lady was really nice and working hard to make sure the property looks good. 10/10 would recommend

The prices are as listed, there are no hidden fees and they do whatever they can to accommodate you. They clearly value customer satisfaction rather than trying to nickel and dime you. It was a stress-free and very positive experience. I will definitely be going here for any and all of my storage needs.
