This is the best place to get storage in Raleigh. I've been to a few other places in Raleigh and they have completely paled in comparison to the Storage King on Tryon; and the deciding factor was unparalleled customer service. We had to get a storage unit during a move from one apartment to another while in college and the manager did everything within his power to make sure that we were taken care of in the absolute best way possible. He worked the system to get us the best rates and every time we had any issue whatsoever, it was resolved within the hour. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough; I had the best customer service of my life here. If you are on the fence, please consider getting a unit here, it will be worth it!!

Great place to get a storage locker. The staff was extremely helpful with all of our concerns and made sure we got the best price possible based on promotions and being a student. The staff also took care of renting a U-Haul for me. They made sure it was there for me to pick up and I just needed to drop it off when I was done using it.
