She helped me choose the best option and always answers any questions I might have. Whenever I see her, I'm always greeted with a smile. She's truly amazing! I recently met Danielle, who also works at this site. Just like Norma, she is friendly and cares about people. I was moving some stuff from my unit in the late afternoon and it was very hot! As I was coming out, she offered to bring bottled water from the office. She said to be careful working in the heat. I was so appreciative of her thoughtfulness! Our experience was 5 star to say the least but who really made the difference by far was the amazing staff at this location, specifically Norma. Once we were able to bring our items home we traveled to Texas to collect everything and the care and thoughtfulness we received went above and beyond. She graciously checked in on us in the heat while we were loading and sorting, allowed us to borrow tools and a dolly. For two people unaccustomed to Texas heat and far from home we couldn't have been more grateful. You have many options for storage but if you want to store at a place you can trust with great people Storage King is the only spot we could recommend.
