I was unable to get into my unit for some reason. Michelle, the property manager, went above and beyond to not only help me understand the entry process but advised me on how to contact her in the event I’m unable to get back in. That’s IDEAL customer service! This company should be grateful to have HER as their property manager because she gave the customer what they wanted; therefore, will always be a returning customer. Thank you Michelle!

I use them for my storage and business and all I can say is that I’ve never had issues with them and their communication is always on point, customer service is great, and just all around a good storage to have. Very secured, always nicely cooled inside since I have my storage in AC, and Michelle with Storage King USA has the best customer service so I would definitely recommend this place if anyone looking for storages in this area and can’t decide!

When others had given up, Marc’ceesha, the new Assistant Manager at the Sawdust location, went “above and beyond” to understand what was happening and the reasons for it.
