John provided valuable information and the process was easy and painless. He is very personable. The facility is well kept, clean, safe, and would highly recommend use of this location!

The facility was super clean and John and Jenn were very nice and helpful in explaining how to get to my storage unit. I definitely recommend this storage facility!

**Disclaimer: I apologize for the length of this review lol If you want a storage facility that takes your money and keeps raising fees on a regular basis (amongst other issues like theft, etc), then go to one of the several other choices here in Palm Coast. However, if you want one that is run by decent humans and actually CARES about it's customers, then this is your place! John (who actually used to run the local run and long standing storage, Eagles Nest... and I had the pleasure of dealing with him there on several occasions) and Jennifer, are both literally a breath of fresh air. Honestly, the world is a very selfish and corporate run place these days... so to have two people that actually give a 💩, and put customers over corporate greed, is nothing short of amazing. I originally had a unit with the long standing locally operated, Eagles Nest storage. Unfortunately, they closed and the greedy corporate storage giant, Extra Space took it over. Since then, I've not only had my rent raised abruptly and frequently, but also had multiple issues with my autopay (which is supposed to help you AVOID frustration and worry). They're terrible at communication as well. Here at Storage King, you won't get that. I finally decided enough was enough and figured the easiest way to get out of my other storage, is to just get a new one and gradually go through and move things to the new one within a month. Not only are they cheaper, but the facility is clean, bright and they even built an overhang for when you need to contend with inclement weather (a first I've ever seen like that). John and Jennifer called me first thing the following day after I booked online (which their deals are better when you do that), and they kept following up until they got a hold of me. They were great to talk to when I went in to get things finalized and get my unit, and let me know all the ins and outs. Decent people!... the type that you know if you have any issue, they'll be there to work it out WITH you. If you have a storage unit at another facility, consider moving to here instead! You won't be sorry! Tell John and Jennifer I sent you! Lol😏🙃
